Do you sell to consumers?: No. We work with distributors, brand owners and B2B programmes from 500 units per order. For a single unit, buy from a retailer carrying our platforms.
Can you print our logo on one sample?: We can ship a neutral stock sample first, then a logo-marked sample once artwork is confirmed — laser marking on the case back is quick, printed bands need the tooling run.
Do you handle shipping?: EXW or FOB Shenzhen as standard; DDP air or sea quoted when you give us the destination and the delivery window.
Will you sign an NDA?: Yes, before any drawing, firmware scope or customer list changes hands.
