Autonomous service robots

Low-volume, high-ticket machines sold through integrators, facility suppliers and hospitality buyers. Different commercial shape: 50-unit MOQs, project quotation, spares and training matter more than packaging.

M1 AI Cleaning Robot

Autonomous scrubber for corridors, supermarkets and production floors: mapping without beacons, wet and dust modes, LiFePO4 pack with a dock, and a service plan that keeps machines running after the sale.

Placeholders before launch. Model codes, prices bands and MOQs on this page are set for layout and must be replaced with your real catalogue data and the test scope your lab confirms. Service robots are machinery as well as radio equipment: expect an EMC and low-voltage scope, a class 1 laser statement for the LiDAR, a documented risk assessment and CE marking on the machine itself, not only on the charger. We book that with an accredited lab per build — we do not publish a certificate we do not hold.

The AI health ring lives in Health & Wellness

We build the R1 ring on the same sensor platform as our watches, so it is documented where the other health models are — one page, one set of claims, no duplicate listings competing with each other in search.

It covers sleep stages, recovery, HRV baseline, skin temperature and SpO2 in a 4 g titanium-aluminium shell, sizes 6–13, with EN 1811 nickel-release testing for skin contact.

Questions buyers ask about this line

Whose translation engine is it?
The device ships with a cloud translation service configured by us; you can swap the engine or run your own keys on a white-label build from 2,000 units. What you cannot do is market machine output as certified or legal translation, and we will write the manual that says so.
Do the earbuds translate without a phone?
No, and the box should not imply it. Interpretation runs through the companion app on the phone; the buds handle audio, mics and an offline command set. We position this as a phone-assisted product, which is what prevents returns.
Can we buy the service robots in small quantities?
Yes — 50 units, quoted per project with a spare-parts kit, training video and a documented service interval. Fleet pricing kicks in from 200 units.
What about data from a robot with a camera on a hotel floor?
Standard builds ship without face processing; the camera (optional) is local-storage only with an indicator, and we supply the data-flow description your buyer's GDPR review will ask for.
