E1 AI Learning Robot
The education-facing sibling: curriculum content and parental controls for toy and stationery channels.
A 19 cm desktop companion with an expressive face, a talk voice and no surveillance story: no camera as standard, a microphone kill switch you can see and feel, no advertising SDKs and no subscription on the standard app. Built for gift shelves and for European care programmes where the privacy review is the gatekeeper.
MOQ: 1,000 units · mixed SKUs welcome
Reference photography — request the current production images for your exact hardware revision before you print a listing.
Gift buyers and care-programme buyers now ask for the same thing: something on a table that talks back, remembers the pill, plays the radio and does not feel like a monitoring device. Most products in this category fail the second half of that sentence.
The value is obvious in one evening. Unbox it, set the language, ask it for the time and a song, program one reminder. In an €89–€149 shelf band, a shopper or a family understands what the device is for before the box is back on the table — which is why this line converts on a demonstration table better than any spec sheet.
Privacy as physical objects. A European care operator will not sign off on a microphone it has to trust in software. So ours are not asked to: the K1 has no camera fitted as standard, an optional camera module that sits behind a physical shutter, and a microphone kill switch on the back that disconnects the mic and shows its state on the face. Describe them as the hardware you can point at, because that is what gets the procurement form signed.
One board, three rooms. Living room, hotel room and care-home variants come from the same hardware through shell colour, UI skin, face themes and content pack — a gift SKU, a hospitality SKU and a programme SKU from one production slot.
What the K1 is not. It is a companion, not a monitoring or emergency-response system. It does not detect falls — that capability belongs to the C2 care watch in Health & Wellness — it does not call an ambulance, and it must not be sold as elder-care surveillance or as a medical or therapy device. We will mark up any listing copy that drifts towards those claims, and we supply the safer wording for the box and the manual.
Decide the age on the box before we quote. If your marketing pictures a child, the toy route is triggered by that age grading: EN 71-1/-2/-3 and EN 62115 become a test scope we book with an accredited lab for your revision, not a certificate we hand over. Adult and family positioning keeps the standard radio and electrical scope. Tell us which one you are selling and we will price the difference honestly.
Confirm against the datasheet we send with your quotation — hardware revisions change mic, battery and shell parts.

Full test reports and Declarations of Conformity are available on request, together with the ISO 9001 factory evidence and the drop, burn-in and kill-switch continuity records for your lot. Where a build is age-graded as a toy, the EN 71 and EN 62115 scope is booked with an accredited lab for that revision and quoted separately — it is a test plan, not a certificate we hold in advance. Certificate scans are not published on this site: the report must match the hardware revision on your order, and our EU customers receive them under NDA as part of the quotation pack.
Placeholders before launch. Model codes, spec figures and price bands on this page are pre-launch placeholders pending the factory datasheet, and certificate numbers and test reports are supplied per hardware revision — do not publish a report you do not hold for that revision, and do not let anyone copy our sample text into a listing without checking it against your own files.
