Every level below is a real production process with its own line impact — not a checkbox on a quotation.
Logo Printing
Laser engraving on the case back, silk print on the band, or debossed strap. Charger and cable can carry a mark too. Artwork in vector form; we send a physical pre-production photo before the run starts.

Custom Packaging
Retail box, sleeve, magnet-fold gift box, blister for trade-show packs, plus multilingual insert and warranty card. We supply the dieline and a print-ready template in your language set.

Firmware Customisation
Boot splash and shutdown screen, preloaded watch faces, hidden or removed features, default units and language, metric naming on the dashboard, kiosk mode for retail demo units.

App White-label
Your app name, icon, colour scheme and store listing, your privacy policy text, EU-region data hosting where required, and your support e-mail in the about screen. We keep the health dashboard proven and change the wrapper.

Product Design (ODM)
Industrial design, enclosure and mould tooling, board layout around your feature list, certification strategy and pilot run. Starts with a written scope and a paid prototype phase, not a phone call.

What we do not do
No cloning of branded products, no fake certificate files, no “unbranded” copies of a competitor's industrial design, and no medical claims on wellness hardware. If a request crosses that line we will say so early.
Sustainable sourcing on request: recycled-strap options and reduced-plastic packaging.
Inquiry to container, in five steps
Inquiry
You send model, quantity, market and branding scope. We return spec sheet, certification list, quantity breaks and a sample plan — within 1 business day.
Day 0–1
Design
Artwork, dieline, UI scope and language list are locked. We flag anything that changes certification scope before you pay for it.
Day 2–7
Sample
Stock samples ship in 3–5 days. A configured sample with your logo and packaging mock-up takes 7–15 days. Sample cost is credited against mass production.
Day 5–20
Approval
You sign off the golden sample and the QC agreement: test points, water test per batch, AQL level, packing list format, label content. Photos of the first 20 units from the line before packing.
Day 20–25
Production
Deposit starts the line; 25–35 days typical. Balance before shipping, or against the bill of lading copy. Third-party inspection is welcome at any point.
Day 25–60
Typical first order: 55–65 days from first e-mail to goods leaving Shenzhen, faster on stock platforms with logo only.

Sampling policy

Payment terms
30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment — or against a copy of the bill of lading on the second and later orders. T/T and PayPal for samples; irrevocable L/C at sight for full-container orders, discussed case by case.
Confidentiality & IP
NDA before any drawing or firmware scope. Your artwork, tool markings and app assets stay yours and are never reused on another customer's order; ODM tooling ownership is written into the project annex.
Before you send an inquiry, have these six things
1 · Target landed cost
The shelf price you must hit, in your currency, including duty and freight. We design the spec backwards from it.
2 · Quantity shape
First order, then the next two. Tiered quantities change which customisation is actually worth paying for.
3 · Artwork state
Vector logo plus the colours you allow. A mock-up drawn in PowerPoint is enough to start a conversation.
4 · Market & channel
Amazon, retail chain, pharmacy, promo house or B2B gifting. It decides the packaging standard and the language set.
5 · Compliance owner
Who is the EU importer on the DoC? Tell us and we prepare the right paperwork, in the right name.
6 · Delivery date
The date goods must be on your shelf. We work backwards and say honestly whether the window is realistic.
OEM/ODM questions
- Can we start smaller than the MOQ to test the market?
- For stock platforms, yes — many first orders are 500 units with logo only and neutral packaging, then move to custom packaging on the second order once the sell-through is proven.
- Who pays for tooling on an ODM project?
- You do, as a separate line in the project annex. If your cumulative volume reaches the agreed threshold, part of it is rebated. Ownership of the mould is written into the same annex.
- Can you keep our design away from other customers?
- Exclusive markings, packaging and firmware scope are locked to your account. Standard shared platforms stay available to others, which is why the exclusive parts are the ones you fund.
- Do you handle certification testing?
- We run testing with accredited labs and file the reports, but the EU Declaration of Conformity is held by the manufacturer or the importer you designate. We supply every document your importer needs and stay on the call with them.
