Direct from Shenzhen. Board assembly, case and strap work, final assembly, four stages of inspection and the shipping warehouse sit in one building — which is why a change you ask for in week three can still land in the same container.

Four gates, documented per batch
You receive the reports with the packing list. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or your own agent) is welcome at any gate.
IQC — incoming
Cells, displays, PCBA, cases, straps and packaging are sampled against the approved material list before they enter the store. Cell lots are matched to the UN38.3 report on file; a lot without a matching report is rejected, not “used this time”.
IPQC — in process
First-article check at each station, hourly patrol sampling, and a functional test on every unit: display, touch, sensors, BT pairing, buttons, charging. Torque and pull checks on straps and case seals are logged.
FQC — final
Air-leak and water-pressure test per unit for IP68 / 5 ATM claims, sensor accuracy cross-check against the golden sample, firmware version and language set verified, boot splash and preloaded watch faces confirmed, 100 % visual inspection under daylight lamps.
OQC — outgoing
AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor on packed cartons: artwork, label content, accessory count, box-drop pre-test, carton marking and pallet build. The AQL level is written into your QC agreement, so it is not decided at the dock.
Traceability
Serial number per unit mapped to board lot, cell lot and the test operator, kept for 24 months.
Returns handling
12-month warranty, 2 % free replacement parts with the order, and a root-cause report with photos for any confirmed defect batch.
Audit-ready
Video factory audit, QC agreement draft and a sample test report pack are sent before you commit anything.

Before launch: the four figures above and the certificate wall below are placeholders set for layout. Replace them with your real numbers and your own certificate scans — an inaccurate capacity claim is the fastest way to lose a serious buyer's trust.

Upload the actual report and declaration pages for each model and revision. Until then, the tiles below are marked as pending rather than showing a document we do not hold.
Documents are supplied per model on request, under NDA where your compliance team needs originals. See the CE RED guide for exactly which report pages to ask any supplier for.
Where our containers go
We work with distributors, brand owners and retail programmes in Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, France, the US and Canada — usually through a local importer who holds the EU Declaration of Conformity.
Export paperwork is routine for us: commercial invoice and packing list with HS code 8517.62 / 9102.19 as applicable per model, certificate pack, and a booking we can place for DDP air or sea so your team only receives a delivery date.
Language support on the device and in the app: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Simplified Chinese.
- Can we visit or audit remotely?
- Yes. A scheduled video walk-through of the SMT line, assembly, QC lab and warehouse takes 30 minutes; a third-party audit can be arranged on your side.
- Do you produce for Amazon FBA sellers?
- Yes, including label and carton requirements and a pre-shipment inspection photo pack. Listing claims are your responsibility — we supply the documents, not the marketing text.
- What is the smallest order you accept?
- 500 units on standard platforms. Below that we are not the right factory, and we will say so rather than quote badly.
